It is located in a residential area but also in services, and close to supermarkets and convenience stores, to be able to visit the two cities and the Douro river that connects them, with all the calm and tranquility of a walk outdoors, leaving your car safely stored in the garage in the basement of the building.

This apartment is on the 6th floor, so the space is very bright and with fantastic views.

It is cozy, very spacious and very comfortable.

It can accommodate up to 6 people.


It has 1 bedroom with double bed (king size), a bedroom with two single beds, comfortable. It also has a living room, 2 complete bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a covered terrace with a table for a snack or breakfast, with an excellent sun exposure and a wide view over the city. All rooms are equipped with Air Conditioning and Wi-Fi.

 

Our house is located in Avenida da República, nº 1174, right in the tourist and nerve center of the city, in the most prestigious area in terms of commerce and transport, it is 5 minutes (by Metro) from the historic center of Porto.

Buses to the center of Porto also pass on Avenida, 50 meters away.

Shopping ""El Corte Inglês"" is 100 meters away.

A supermarket on the ground floor of the apartment building.

Several stores on the Avenue, within a radius of 100 m from the building's door.


There is a train station on the same avenue, from 500 meters away. 

The guests can walk to the Luis I Bridge (15 minutes), or to the famous Port Wine Cellars (15 minutes), or you can walk across the Luis I Bridge and visit the historic city center of Porto ( 20 minutes).


Closed garage on the -2 floor of the same building. Cost included.

Do not light candles inside the house,

Do not smoke inside the house, only outside,

Do not make noise after 22:00 hours.

Pets are not allowed inside the apartment,

Parties or events are not allowed,

Turn off the air conditioning if you are not in the apartment,

Do not leave trash in the apartment after your check out,

In case of damage or loss of the garage card, a cost of 10 Euros will be charged.

Before Check-in: The Guest sends a message informing the time of their arrival, with an approximate advance of 1 hour.

A person will be waiting for the guest, at the door of the building, to explain the access to the garage, the use of the elevator, hand over the keys, explaining the usefulness of each one, and give all the necessary explanations.

  • "Tudo é muito bom neste apartamento, mas para nós o principal foi o fato de ter fácil acessibilidade, garagem e a localização excelente! Eu tenho dificuldades locomotoras e minha mãe, que estava junto, possui 85 anos, então foi bem importante ter elevador e fácil acesso tanto ao apartamento como a garagem também, bem como o fato dos banheiros não possuírem banheira, é box normal como aqui no Brasil. Portanto fica a dica, este apartamento é ótimo também para pessoas deficientes e idosas. Também é importante referir que na parte inferior do prédio tem um supermercado Pingo Doce, que é uma grande facilidade! No mais o apartamento é muito bom e é exatamente o que está no anúncio. Podem alugar sem medo!"

  • "La estancia en Vila Nova de Gaia ha sido fantástica. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y ordenado a nuestra llegada. José nos recibio y explicó todo lo necesario. No hemos tenido ningín contratiempo. Todo ha salido a la perfección. El coche ha estado muy bien en la parcela cerrada de garaje, y hemos dormido muy tranquilos. La comunicación con Oporto es perfecta gracias a la cercanía del metro. Se llega a pie en menos de 15 minutos. Verca de las bodegas, de El Corte Inglés, del puente de Luis I... El tener en la entrada un supermercado que no cierra hasta las 21:30, nos ha permitido hacer las compras necesarias cada día. En el apartamento hay de todo y en cantidad. Hemos cenado en el salón y desayunado en el mirador. Recomendaremos esta casa a todos nuestros amigos, y si volvemos a Oporto, esta casa será nuestra elegida."

  • Very spacious and well functional apartment. It probably got everything for short or long stays. We travelled with 2 kids, Ana father helped us checkin early and even helped us with bags. He took care of us like family. Apt is just 10 min walk from wine hub and pointe de Louis bridge. Tones of shops nearby. Definitely one of the best place in Porto.
