Our accommodations has a very large living room with plenty of natural light, large glazed openings communicating with a huge balcony facing south, with sun exposure all day. The two main bedrooms also communicate with this balcony. It also includes an open space kitchen with living room, laundry and 2 full bathrooms.
The Apartment is 100 meters from the Trindade Metro station, right near Avenida dos Aliados, and therefore, right in the nerve and tourist center of Porto, allowing you to visit the city and the Douro river, with the calm and tranquility of a walk outdoors, leaving your car safely stored in the garage, a few meters from the apartment!
The best way to visit the city center and downtown Porto, leaving the apartment, is on foot, or if you prefer to use the Metro, from Trindade Station, 100 m from the apartment. Everything is just minutes away!

Guests can walk to Avenida dos Aliados or to Rua de Santa Catarina, the most famous shopping street in Porto (5 minutes), to S. Bento Train Station (10 minutes), and Ribeira do Porto, with its numerous bars and restaurants on the banks of the Douro River (15 minutes).
You can also walk to the Luis I bridge and cross it to the left bank of the river (Vila Nova de Gaia City), where the famous Port Wine cellars are located (25 minutes by the bridge's lower deck). Through the bridge`s upper deck, you will find Serra do Pilar and the hill garden, with its majestic views over the cities of Porto and Gaia, and the Douro river (25 minutes), from where you can also observe the most beautyfull and stunning, sunset, on clear days.

Do not light candles inside the house,
Do not smoke inside the house, only outside,
Do not make noise after 22:00 hours.
Pets are not allowed inside the apartment,
Parties or events are not allowed,
Turn off the air conditioning if you are not in the apartment,
Do not leave trash in the apartment after your check out,
In case of damage or loss of the garage card, a cost of 10 Euros will be charged.

The Tourist Tax payable to the Municipality will be charged in cash, at the time of Check-in: 2 Euros/night, per person aged 16 or over, applicable to a maximum of 7 nights.
Cancellation Policy: Up to 7 days prior to arrival, full refund.
Before Check-in: The Guest sends a message informing the time of his arrival, with an approximately 1 hour in advance.
A person will be waiting for the guest, at the door of the building, to explain the access to the garage, the use of the elevator, hand over the keys, explaining the usefulness of each one, and giving all the explanations that the guest needs.
